Khatri Ethnics

Khatri Ethnics is a thoughtfully designed retail showroom created to celebrate the richness and elegance of Indian ethnic fashion. Located in Ahmedabad, the 900 sq ft space was envisioned as a premium shopping destination that reflects heritage-inspired aesthetics while delivering a seamless modern retail experience.

The design language draws inspiration from traditional Indian architecture, incorporating graceful arches, textured surfaces, warm stone finishes, and carefully crafted details. These elements are reinterpreted through a contemporary lens to create an environment that feels sophisticated, welcoming, and timeless.

A carefully planned layout organizes the showroom into intuitive display zones, ensuring maximum product visibility and customer comfort. The reception and billing counter act as a central focal point, while custom display systems, arched niches, decorative mirrors, and illuminated shelving enhance both functionality and visual appeal.

The material palette combines travertine-inspired finishes, textured plaster walls, warm neutral tones, and subtle metallic accents. These materials create a refined backdrop that elevates the garments on display while reinforcing the premium identity of the brand.

Lighting plays a crucial role throughout the showroom. Recessed spotlights, integrated LED highlights, and ambient illumination work together to showcase the merchandise while creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for customers.

The final result is an elegant Indo-contemporary retail environment where traditional craftsmanship meets modern retail design, offering visitors a distinctive and memorable shopping experience.
