Completed in 2026 for Nirav and Devika Maniar, this 1,000 sq ft residence in the heart of Mumbai demonstrates how thoughtful design can completely transform compact urban living. Rather than working within the limitations of the original builder's layout, the apartment was entirely reimagined to maximize usability, openness, and everyday comfort.

The design embraces a contemporary minimalist philosophy, combining clean architectural lines with a calm palette of soft neutrals, warm wood finishes, and subtle textures.
