Completed in 2026, Vraj Vilas Haveli is a landmark architectural project in Jetpur, Gujarat, commissioned by Priyankrai Bawa. Conceived as both a distinguished private residence and a welcoming spiritual destination, the project reinterprets the grandeur of traditional Vaishnav Haveli architecture through contemporary planning and meticulous craftsmanship.

The architectural expression is rooted in India's rich heritage, featuring grand arched entrances, intricately carved jharokhas, elegant jaali screens, and traditional chhatri pavilions that define the skyline. These carefully crafted elements create a timeless façade while naturally enhancing ventilation, privacy, and the overall character of the building.

The planning of the haveli carefully balances private residential living with public spiritual functions. Dedicated devotional spaces have been designed to accommodate daily worship, religious ceremonies, and spiritual gatherings, while maintaining an intuitive circulation that ensures a peaceful experience for both residents and visiting devotees.

Supporting amenities have been thoughtfully integrated throughout the complex, including facilities for pilgrims and congregation members. At the same time, the residential wing has been planned to preserve privacy and comfort, with dedicated family areas and a traditionally planned Zanana Vibhag that respects cultural customs while providing complete separation from public spaces.

Every architectural element has been designed to celebrate traditional Indian craftsmanship, using balanced proportions, heritage-inspired detailing, and a harmonious spatial composition. The project embodies the enduring values of Vaishnav architecture while responding to the functional needs of contemporary living and community engagement.
