VOAD is a Rajkot-based studio founded by Ar. Vivek Bosmiya. We design homes, interiors, commercial spaces, and heritage structures, and we take the same care with a single room as with an entire building. Nine years in, we still approach every project like the first one: curious, thorough, and genuinely invested in getting it right for you.

We stay involved from the first sketch all the way to handover. That means you have one person to call, one team accountable, and a space at the end that actually matches what you imagined at the start.

Principal Architect & Interior Designer

Vivek started VOAD because he wanted to build a practice that actually listens. Not one that hands you a template and calls it design. Over nine years and 70+ projects, that idea has stayed the same: understand how you live first, then design around it.

He works across homes, offices, heritage havelis, and everything in between. Whatever the brief, he stays on it from first conversation to final walk-through. No delegation to someone who wasn't in the room when you explained what mattered.

Brief & Discovery

We listen first. A detailed brief session uncovers how you live, what you need, and what matters most. This shapes everything that follows.

Concept Design

Initial layouts, mood boards, and spatial concepts presented for your feedback. We refine until the direction feels completely right.

Design Development

Full drawings, material palettes, furniture specs, and contractor documentation. Every detail resolved on paper before it reaches site.

Construction

On-site supervision throughout. We coordinate contractors, catch issues early, and make sure the build matches the design intent exactly.

Handover

A full walk-through, snagging list, and documentation pack. We stay reachable after handover, your project does not end at the door.

We are based in Rajkot and know Gujarat's materials, climate, and craft traditions well. We take on residential, commercial, and heritage projects across India, and go to site wherever the work is.

We keep the studio deliberately small. That means Vivek is the designer on every project, not a manager. You get his eye, his attention, and his phone number, from the first meeting to the day you move in.
